Everything was beautiful, exceptional, and unique; a hotel beyond description in terms of opulence, service, and the attentive, cooperative staff – truly worth every rial spent, thanks especially to employee Burhan, employee Maradiyah, Mohamed Talha, and the entire team.

The hotel is cozy in central Istanbul, rooms are nicely decorated, everything needed is there and even more, I enjoyed the tasty tea, room cleaning was excellent, and I especially appreciate the concierge and breakfast service. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the historic center, car access is only allowed from 20:00 to 10:00, but this is warned in advance so guests can decide. Also, the breakfasts are delicious and made to order, but they can’t cook eggs sunny‑side up, which is a minor annoyance.

The hotel was great and the staff were excellent, and the location was fantastic—I’d stay again. The only downside was that the toast at breakfast could have been a little better.
