The spot is great, just a stone’s throw from a shop and two bus stops (lines 21 and 22 heading to Bari Centrale). The area is quiet and peaceful, and the garden is pretty, filled with a lot of wild parrots. Breakfast is in the Italian style, and towels change daily. It’s a nice, calm place. Very pleasant. Everything was fine.

The location is truly advantageous and strategic for reaching all parts of the city easily. It’s easy to get there from both SS100 and SS16, and there’s private and secure parking inside the property.

Comforts, private parking, courteous and very helpful owner. Great location, excellent breakfast with coffee and everything else always available, plus a spacious garden to relax anytime. Everything was perfect.

The place is clean and has all the essential services, in‑room bathroom, air conditioning, etc. Plus it’s surrounded by green in a well‑maintained garden. I must praise the owner’s kindness, who, after I forgot to pay the tourist tax and couldn’t return to do so, didn’t insist on me paying it by bank transfer. Thanks for the great experience and I highly recommend the property. – Giacomo
