The staff were nice enough, but we couldn’t check in until late and were first given a damp rear room with duct‑tape on a cracked window. We couldn’t get out and had to call reception because only they could unlock the door, which felt like being trapped. After asking for a non‑smoky room, we finally got a new one about an hour and a half later; it didn’t smell of smoke but had a faint mildew odor and the same lock issue. Overall the rooms were very damp, we had to keep the windows wide open because of mold smell, there was visible mold in the bathroom and dust on panels, and even semen stains on the walls from previous guests. We stayed only because we had to be in the area and couldn’t find anything else.
