The location is great, with many shops nearby, close to Baiyoke Market and Platinum Mall, and the overall environment is nice. The only issue is that the bed feels a bit too soft; a firmer mattress would be better.

A spotless, gorgeous hotel right in a prime spot, with staff who are extremely friendly and helpful; the room is roomy and immaculate, and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel sits opposite a bar, making Sunday nights noisy well into the early morning.

Overall is Good. Room make up was somehow late around 4-5pm for 2days. Wifi provided was aomehow not very stable. Rather use own network

The room constantly dripped water, making it hard to sleep at night, there was an unpleasant smell, and the sofa had many stains.
