El hotel es muy lindo, con estilo minimalista y muy cómodo. El personal muy amable. Hacía demasiado calor y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. No tuvimos agua caliente ni a la noche ni la mañana siguiente
“Excellent rapport qualité-prix en juillet/août”
Les deux piscines sont incroyables dont une à l’eau de mer. Le personnel, très agréable, y compris ceux en charge de garer la voiture. La chambre est très belle et esthétique. Les vélos à disposition des clients gratuitement. Les prix excessifs du restaurant
“Excelente”
The pool and service are excellent. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a door.

Me encantó todo en general. Como era el hotel moderno, bonito y bien situado. Dos piscinas preciosas. Un roof top estupendo y muy cerca de todos los sitios para cenar y tomar algo. Del alojamiento todo. Lo peor que fuimos en agosto y no había demasiados gente y que como en tantos lugares había llegado el sargazo
“Très bel hôtel à Tulum”
The hotel is gorgeous and spotless, the staff are welcoming, the bike‑renting service is great, and the pool is fantastic. It’s a bit far from the city or the ruins—about a 30/40‑minute bike ride—and the hotel beach is nice but unusable in July because it’s covered in sargassum (independent of the hotel, at least the pool is available).
