The room was huge and super comfy, and honestly nothing else stood out.

The hotel was overall clean, but we got an email saying check‑in was at 3 pm, and when we arrived we were told we couldn’t check in until 4 pm and the room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned or ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour while people who arrived after us were being checked in. The front‑desk staff were friendly but inexperienced—one had only been there for three weeks and another was on their first day of training. No manager was on duty.

The property was great, but the room had a huge open space that I didn’t like. It seems like they need to add furniture there to make it a proper suite.

This place is fantastic! The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, and the pool was amazing. The room was spacious, spotless, and air‑conditioned. We stayed for two days and enjoyed everything, including a great breakfast.
