The room was tidy and everything functioned well, and the desk staff were very helpful when we arrived. The bed felt too soft for me, and the breakfast could have been better—early arrivals seemed to take a lot. Two exits/entrances were also non‑functional, though a sign noted the card reader was out of order. These were minor snags.

Everything was clean and comfortable—the bed was a dream, and I slept so well I missed breakfast :( Everything matched what we paid for and what was advertised.

We were given a handicap room, but it required two beds instead of a fold‑out couch. The hotel was right in the middle of road construction, so GPS led us in circles. It was nice overall, but the shower lacked benches.

The only staff member was a hard‑working woman who handled the front desk and the kitchen during breakfast. The place was clean. Service overall was minimal—just enough to shower, sleep one night, and grab a quick breakfast. The breakfast itself was almost nothing, and one person was overloaded. The curtains in the room were damaged, with parts falling off. This was a shame; I’d never give it 4 stars or 7.4 on a booking site—just 2 stars, 6.5.
