We did NOT stay at this hotel. They charged us for one night and were supposed to cancel the remaining days. Please check your records. I hope you didn’t pay them the full amount. I don’t know how else to reach you as I keep getting these reminders.

The interior and exterior were lovely and spacious, with great lawns and beautiful gardens, and the staff were excellent.

The environment, service, activities, and food were all great. During meal times, everyone’s service was good, especially ALI. The hair dryer needs an upgrade.

I loved every part of the stay, but my room wasn’t the cleanest; handprints and dirt covered the glass beside the bath, and there was sand and dirt in the bath itself, while everything else in the room was spotless.
