The room was spacious and clean, with a sofa that made it very comfortable. Using the lounge was great; drinks, sweets, and tea‑bowl were available, the place was tidy and work was easier. The large bath was also very good. Checking out from the room was convenient. I stayed three nights, and the daily cleaning was quick; when I returned at noon it was already spotless. No complaints. The only thing that could be mentioned is that check‑in is done by machine, so explanations about how to use the hotel are sparse; I had to ask a staff member for clarification, which might be tough for older guests.

Which hotel gives you a glass or two of free champagne after a day of activities while you relax on the top deck watching Hiroshima’s skyline at sunset? That’s the one. The rest—breakfast, room, staff, services, location—was as good as it gets.

I’ve stayed here often, and the staff were courteous. The front desk on the 14th floor has a spacious lounge where you can grab books and have breakfast. The lounge also has an open‑plan rooftop with a nice view, letting you take a breath of fresh air. The room felt very good and the hand soap in the bathroom gave a clean, pleasant scent that made me want to wash my hands again and again. On the second floor there’s a large bath with White Musk shampoo and conditioner that made me feel refreshed. Even late at night the bath is open, and I usually start bathing around 6 am, using the White Musk products to get my day started. It’s a very pleasant hotel that’s been a real help. The only downside: after exiting the large bath there used to be a water server with free water, but it’s gone now, which is a shame.
