The location was good, but the staff were left to themselves and the place needs a full renovation.

The location was convenient, yet the staff lacked professionalism—no help with laundry, room cleaning was questionable (toilet paper, water bottles missing, had to ask, ashtray not emptied), power outlets were broken and detached from the wall, ants on the sink, and no hot water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was quiet and the bed was ideal, but the air‑conditioning was weak, ants and cockroaches were in the bathroom.
