We’ve stayed here many times and love the hotel. Bathroom looked clean and bed had clean linens. The carpet had not been taco, there was smelly leftovers in refrigerator and microwave had crumbs inside and on shelf outside. We told staff and they said sorry about that. No room change offered or anything

We liked the location. The breakfast was the same everyday and at times cold We had to ask for shampoo the first day. We had to ask for replacement towels on our second day. One of the staff at the desk was unable to answer a simple billing question and in fact was wrong in her response

Location and spacious room. Thin walls consistently for noise complaints, needs better cleaning, there were ants in room

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean. The staff is friendly and breakfast was good. That my room faced another hotel but I was only there one night so it was OK. I could've requested one with a view but didn't. If you're going and want the view make sure you request it so you're not looking at a building view
