The spot's location is spot on, and I've stayed here before and liked it. Breakfast was solid. But the living room stayed chilly because the fire was off, and the air‑con was a bit too efficient. Also the kettle lid was broken and the light in the twin bedroom was out.

Close to town and the breakfast was decent. The master bed felt too soft, so I didn't get a great night's sleep. A few paper napkins and a sauce would have been nice with the breakfast.
