The resort is set away from the main town, surrounded by dense forest and plantations, giving the sense of a secluded forest stay but with supportive and smiling staff. The calmness around us was felt, along with chill and occasional rain. The restaurant served some delicious dishes that added to our happiness. Front‑desk staff were very polite and kind. The approach road from the main road could be cemented to avoid rumbling.

I found the place to be a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, offering plenty of calm; the service was excellent and the food was outstanding, with no complaints at all.

The spot is conveniently located, but the staff are just okay and there aren’t many activities; the property feels bland, the food choices are limited and not very tasty, and meal times are rigidly scheduled, making it hard to order when you want. We came for a relaxed break, not a business trip, and we had to beg for a cup of tea or coffee once tea time ended. The staff are not particularly friendly, and the resort lacks a barbecue, bonfire, or evening shows—most resorts only host one evening event to entertain guests. Overall, at this price point, there are many other options that would be better.

The property itself was fine, and we liked the location and surroundings, but the food we ordered—only chicken options—was mediocre. The point of contact, since the manager was on holiday, told us we could use Swiggy, yet when the delivery arrived the staff wouldn’t let the rider pass the gate, and it was dark at night, so we women couldn’t get our order. When I confronted the staff, he walked away without answering, and after 30 minutes of back‑and‑forth the rider was finally let in. The next day we didn’t want to use Swiggy, so we asked for prawns and other dishes, but the kitchen staff refused to cook them. I also got a snail bite that I didn’t know about, which bled onto the sheet, and we were charged 2000 for a sheet that was claimed to be unusable. In short, the staff experience was very poor.
