The gardens are well tended, but the pool and beach areas lack good lounge chairs; the hotel is large yet only has 7 tables and chairs with umbrellas, just 5 pool loungers all with a metal bar in the middle because the fabric gave out and they’re unusable. There’s no proper management, never enough towels at the pool, and the restaurant chairs are very dirty.

This is my second visit to the Resort with my family, and I love the Tororomba. The facilities are great, the food tasty, access easy, and the overall vibe pleasant. Staff service is flawless, making us feel at home with always friendly and straightforward communication. The recreation team—Tia Formiga, Tia Cigarra, and the crew—are wonderful. The amenities were even better than last time, and I’ll definitely return.

The location is excellent, but I liked almost everything except that during dinner the staff should replenish food better. By 20:45 some items were already finished and they didn’t restock, even though service ends at 22:00.

The room is spacious with a lovely balcony! Staff Maisa and Alvaro attended us with great care and affection—top quality! Congratulations and keep it up! The downside was the noise from the neighbor who didn’t seem to mind people next to them.
