The CEO and the staff at checkout were wonderful, giving a very pleasant service, and the cafe and restaurant the CEO recommended were both superb. However, there were holes in the room walls and the carpet felt a bit damp, which bothered me a little.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and there was plenty of parking (though a bit farther from the hotel). The bathroom had been recently renovated. The breakfast was a Bento box, which was tasty, but we had two breakfasts and there was a noticeable difference in the food between the two days.

The room and bed had no noticeable odors, which was fantastic because I’m sensitive to fabric softener and smoke; that left a great impression. Additionally, every staff member was extremely courteous. No negatives.

It’s affordable, has a sauna‑topped bath, and the TV is large and good. No issues.
