Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The property itself is impressive, offering a quiet atmosphere and a lovely room complete with toilet, bath, and bed. However, the floor throughout the room, including the toilet, needed mopping, and a space that looks so nice requires constant upkeep to avoid looking bad.

We booked a set of double rooms for a group of contractors and arrived around midnight; the host was present and helped everyone with the electric codes for each room, which felt like truly exceptional service. The place was clean and well equipped, and when we requested a few extra days at the last minute she obliged without hesitation. The only drawback was that there were no TVs in the rooms.

I didn’t realize that my access passcode would be sent as a message on my account, so I couldn’t get into the property and had to find another place to stay.

As soon as I arrived I asked for help and the owner promptly changed the linen that had crumbs on the bed. I expected a professional hotel experience, but the place feels more like a landlord-run property with hostel‑style house rules that expect guests to tidy up. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, leaving crumbs and long black hairs; it claims to be sound‑proofed, yet it isn’t. It advertises a garden, but there isn’t one—just a work site covered with dangerous tools. The wardrobe had no hangers, the kitchen lacked utensils, and there were no bins. It basically met the lowest hostel standards. Parking was awful, as the property is just a house on a housing estate. I sent a message to the owners at 09.05 this morning but have not received any reply.

The staff were quick to respond and offered solutions to the questions I raised, and the equipment available was helpful. The only issue was that the duvet sheet had a few stains.
