I appreciated that the property was right next to everything: 7‑11, a gas station, a pharmacy, and even a restaurant upstairs; rides were available—buses, scooters, Grab—speaking English, Spanish, and Tagalog, with sign language if needed, and the hospitality felt like staying with my aunt or uncle. I would stay again.

The rooms here are clean, spacious, affordable, and come with a handy kitchenette for suites rooms. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. Near stores and food areas too. Stable net connection on 5th floor than 4th floor. Overall great experience. We did experience a leak in the kitchen during our stay, but they handled it immediately and fixed it right away. No elevator but not an issue for us a good exercise but not for those who had mobility issues, knee problems or seniors
