The hotel staff are really kind! The pools are large and indulgent, but there isn’t much privacy around the pool area or courtyard.

The room, pool, privacy, food, view, and staff were all flawless. The only downside was the weather during the last two days, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The team—from the manager to the servers and the room/pool attendants—were all friendly and ready to help in any way they could; the food was great and they were willing to adjust the menu to our preferences. When we asked for a late check‑out, they even gave us an empty, smaller hotel suite to use while we waited for our flight, free of charge, which was more than we expected. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a small fitness centre or gym.
