We had nothing to say positively, and just before we arrived, a text told us the property was overbooked and we had to stay elsewhere; the new room in the shared house was dirty and we shared a bathroom with others who were told the same, noting that they booked a different room like us, as shown in the photos.

The location was easy to find, but the key box also held the key for room1, making it hard to retrieve. The Wi‑Fi password was confusing, and I wished the hotel had sent a message beforehand with instructions on unlocking the room and how to use the hot water. The room cleaning was also not thorough.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but I couldn’t locate anyone and had to sort things out myself; there was nothing around and the TV had no aerial.
