The hotel’s location is nice, but the rooms are in separate units spread across the property. The interior of the rooms is hopelessly outdated. In the living area, the sofas have ripped upholstery, and there’s a spiderweb in the corner. The sleeping area has a decent bed but no blanket, a desk with loose Formica trim, and a chair that falls apart. The bathroom is in poor condition; the shower is either cold or hot, the water pressure is low, and there’s no soap in the dispenser. The rooms show no maintenance. Breakfast meets only modest Javanese standards. The pool’s changing rooms have doors that can’t lock, no hooks to hang clothes, and no benches. The hotel needs a thorough renovation; most of the problems stem from poor upkeep.
