I requested a bathtub room and paid an extra 2.5 k, but they still gave me a basic room even after I showed them the confirmation email from their website.

This place has a decent location, but that's where it ends. The service is abysmal - they took an advance payment two months before check-in and then kept pestering me for the full amount even before I arrived, without giving me any idea what to expect. The staff seemed more interested in collecting money than providing any actual service, and the manager, Manish, was completely unhelpful and rude. The food was a disaster, with veg options that were inedible.
