“You have a good location nice spot only one in the area. Why not keep it up”

The staff were genuinely nice and important, but the room’s tidiness needed more inspection: I found drinks in the refrigerator that weren’t mine, a yellow plastic piece in my bed, and the carpet required cleaning and the air‑conditioning needed renewal. The hallway’s AC didn’t work, leaving a smell and a sense that the place needed updating.
