The hot breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was very scary! Everywhere we walked near the hotel there were homeless people and garbage on every street. We had our dogs and finally found some green space but had to leave because of human excrement. We will not return to this hotel because of the location; it’s unsafe to walk with or without dogs.

Professional staff. Garbage was left outside in front of the rooms and in the courtyard access.

Very good. The reception smelled bad until we asked them to spray the area – it was like a stale wet rug. My spouse and I were asked to leave the reception lobby immediately after checking out at 12 noon while we were waiting for our ride back to Toronto. They are more or less unwelcoming and racist.

Clean room. Great restaurant. Helpful staff (Faith) and others. Many amenities such as blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion in bottles on the wall. Attached to the mall underground. I would stay there anytime. Great rates.
