It turned out to be very good, which was oddly disappointing.

The location scores 10/10—absolutely central in the old quarter—and the room was dead quiet. It was nice, not overly fancy, but great value and very clean.

I booked a room for my daughter who was staying in a nasty hostel in Vietnam; she arrived around midnight. Oddly, the room I booked was already taken, but they transferred her to another hotel they own, which turned out to be even nicer for that night. The following day they arranged for her to return to the Fiesta and handled her luggage. The only drawback was that the first room she received at Fiesta had mold, but they still managed to give her a good room. Overall, she enjoyed her time there a lot.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value, though it’s not fancy or stylish. Breakfast quality is solid. Lucky, the front‑desk lady, is exceptionally nice and helpful, and that’s what sticks out most. The only downside is that a blues bar next door plays loud music until about 11:00 pm, and a highway nearby never really stops.
