The only thing that stood out was the breakfast, which was awesome. The ceiling at reception leaked, and there were buckets in the lobby collecting the water. The lobby wasn’t cleaned and had visible trash. My room had mold in every corner, which was a problem for my child with asthma. When we tried to cancel, staff said we would have to pay for the whole night. The room smelled like a breach and was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. However, the room stayed at 10 °C because the heating couldn’t be turned on, which made the stay unpleasant.

The property’s location was convenient for the activities we were doing. The pool needed better maintenance and cleaning. Our shower only provided cool water; we had to ask the desk for a heater, but they only turned on the boiler when daytime temperatures reached 9 °C. One day it was 30 °C, the next 15 °C, and at night it dropped to 2 °C. The room temperature hovered around 15 °C, so I was freezing and shivering because I had a cold, and there were no extra blankets.

The staff were friendly. The renovation was horrible, and the breakfast was empty when I arrived and took forever to refill. The bathroom was covered in mold.

There was no soap in the room, the toilet seat was about to fall off, and I only got one washcloth.
