Check‑in was easy, the location was convenient, and housekeeping kept the room stocked with linens during my longer stay. However, a terrible odor stuck to my clothes all day at work. I spotted a bedbug on the pillow—only one, and never saw another—plus the bed was very firm. The bathroom had a strong bleach‑like smell. Every night a loud group of people played music outside, and the door had a big gap that forced me to wedge something to keep it shut.
