The place is close to the airport, the area feels safe, the air conditioner works well, the staff are helpful, and a kind woman in the kitchen made breakfast for me at 6:30 even though it wasn’t scheduled until 7:30—she did it without me asking because I was still awake, which was very thoughtful. She also arranged a car ride for me afterward. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. Breakfast was tasty and varied, featuring homemade guava juice that was amazing! They also assisted with my luggage to and from the room. The room I stayed in had no window, and the pillowcases were a bit old with spots, so I wasn’t sure if they were clean and slept with a towel on them; everything else was clean and fresh.

The staff were friendly, the room was well maintained with clean linens, the proximity to Fortaleza airport was convenient, and the morning coffee was served with care to please. The hotel lacks a reception entrance and is somewhat hidden behind its wall and gate.

The staff were kind, and they even gave us a free ride to the airport for our 4 am flight, arriving in just 3 minutes by car, though the windowless room felt a bit oppressive, it was fine for the 4 hours before the flight.
