I liked the little nod to my nationality with the French flag 😄 and the snack in the bag. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, letting me leave my backpack. The room was well equipped, including a hair dryer. Everything else was fine.

They gave us a welcome lunch box with bars and snacks for our Machu Picchu adventure. It had all the comforts you could ask for, even more than expected. They let us store luggage before and after check‑in/out. At night there can be some street noise because it’s in a very touristy area. The rooms are a bit old and could use a renovation.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. They pay attention to every detail, highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, hot water in the shower, cold and hot drinking water. Free luggage storage. They also put my country’s flag on the table and left a snack package with a thank‑you note for arriving. A very nice and special touch!

The hostel is near the bus station, the ticket office to Machu Picchu, the train station, a supermarket, and restaurants. The reception was good.
