The rooms were fantastic—comfortable beds, clean, and in a great spot, and the check‑in staff were friendly, welcoming, and gave clear information. The breakfast was tasty when it was served to our table. However, the breakfast service was chaotic: the staff looked grumpy, were poorly organized, and we had to wait for tables to clear with no rush. Refill times were long, and the areas where food and drinks were served were littered with spilled items, which was very off‑putting.

Easy check in - I could check in early as the room was ready. Great parking. Brilliant location - right next to shopping centre with cinema and places to eat. Friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Nothing

location, good central location parking, easy and reasonably priced staff, very friendly and did what they needed to. breakfast, food was cold and of poor quality cleanliness, items were left from previous guests and room was not kept clean
