The hotel was very pretty, but the pools were cold.

The hotel itself is nice, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room felt a little dated, and unfortunately the lift was not working during our stay. Breakfast was quite messy and disorganised; there were often no cups or plates available, and the tables were frequently left dirty without anyone cleaning them promptly. It could get very busy, and it seemed like there simply weren’t enough staff to keep everything running smoothly.
