Everything was great: the location was prime, all the amenities were solid, it felt like good value, and it worked well for families; it was super comfortable 😁💖.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff provided good service. The hotel sits in the heart of Madikeri town, with many veg and non‑veg restaurants nearby, and attractions like Raja seat are within walking distance. They offer dedicated parking slots for vehicles. The lack of an on‑site restaurant isn’t a drawback because there are plenty of good options around.

I expected a 3‑star welcome and a stay that matched 3‑star standards, yet I received a 5‑star experience and was extremely satisfied. Nothing was lacking; the only suggestion is to add a restaurant.
