닛포리역이 가까워 나리타 공항과의 접근성이 좋음. 실내에 세탁기가 있어서 따로 세탁소를 방문 할 일이 없음. 전자렌지나 커피포트외에도 간단한 조리기구(인덕션, 후라이팬, 냄비)와 식기가 있어서 간단한 요리도 가능함. 주변은 조용한 주택가라서 그런 분위기를 즐기고 싶다면 추천함. 주택가 한가운데에 위치해 있어서 인근 상업시설이 거의 없음(5분 이내는 로손 편의점 정도, 슈퍼마켓이나 식당은 5분 이상 걸어야 함) 도쿄 관광을 위해선 니시닛포리/닛포리 역으로 나가야 하는데 양 쪽 다 10분 정도 걸어야 하는 애매한 위치

Recht modernes kleines aber feines Apartment. Alle Angaben in der Anzeige stimmen. Aber wer für das Geld mehr Raum erwartet ist falsch in Japan. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Fast wie ein Dorf in der Megacity. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen z.b. das Nähparadis Nippori. Verschiedene Bahnstationen sind auch in laufnähe. Tja da gibt's nichts

The bath and toilet were separate, the room was spacious and clean, but the information about accommodation services was a bit confusing.
