There was a parking option and the staff were friendly, but on the 14th floor the traffic noise was still audible (why no sound‑proof windows?) and the doors creaked loudly, waking me up twice during the night.

The room felt just like home—very spacious and fully equipped—but there were few dining options nearby the hotel.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Ms. Farah at the reception was wonderful; she provided excellent service and a warm welcome, and her manner of interacting with us truly delighted us. Thank you.

The rooms were nice and clean, the shower water pressure was great, and the staff were friendly, but parking was awful—there’s a lot of space but the intertwining parking structure feels unsafe.
