The room and its view were lovely, the restaurant staff were excellent, the masseuses were great and we enjoyed the dinner at Horizon, but the pastries were terrible – the ingredients were overly processed before cooking, which gave a bad taste that I could tell as a pastry chef.

I liked everything – the room service, the view, and the staff were all excellent. It’s a top spot worth recommending.

The room on the 55th floor offered a stunning view and had everything needed. The pool on the 53rd/58th floors and the restaurants on the 56th and 58th floors were great, and the bridge from the hotel gives direct access to Pavilion Mall, which is very convenient. It’s a good place to stay, though I don’t think it’s the best value for the price. The breakfast lacked variety and clearly didn’t match the room’s cost. The hair dryer in the room was weak and broken, and the gym was also not well equipped.
