“This property is not maintained as bathroom were cleaned, no ac were working even no guest has stayed in this property”

Nothing is good; the property isn’t maintained—bathrooms were cleaned, but no air conditioning worked, and no guest had stayed there.

“Couples don’t visit this hotel”

Worst location, no hygiene, and the AC isn’t working.

I have to admit, my initial impression of this hotel was quite underwhelming. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the booking process was also quite frustrating. The lack of vibrancy in the decor was another issue that didn't quite sit well with me. Despite my initial reservations, I'm not sure if the hotel's shortcomings were ever truly addressed to my satisfaction.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in several areas. The spa was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate during my stay. The breathtaking mountain views from my balcony were a lovely bonus, offering a serene atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the front desk staff made the check-in process seamless and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the front desk team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel right at home. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which was greatly appreciated. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the room's air conditioning, which was resolved promptly by the maintenance team.
