I chose this apartment for a weekend in Verona because its strategic location is a clear advantage, putting all tourist spots within easy reach. The entrance is hassle‑free with no physical check‑in, which gives a lot of privacy. Seeing the arena from the bedroom window is definitely a big plus. The host was generous enough to leave our luggage free of charge before check‑in and after checkout. Inside, the finishes are high‑quality: Gres wood‑effect flooring, a very comfortable bed, a bathroom door with hidden hinges, and blackout curtains in different shades. On the downside, this place is one of the most expensive per night in Verona for its category, so I expected a much deeper cleaning. We found hair in the bathroom, the bin wasn’t emptied, and there were tissues and other personal hygiene items left by previous guests. The jacuzzi didn’t work, and the walk‑in shower was poorly designed—after a few seconds of running water, half the bathroom flooded. There’s also a window above the shower that can’t be closed, making nighttime access difficult for those who are sensitive to cold. The room listing mentioned a Smart TV, but we only found a regular television.
