I was impressed with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue with the lack of hot water during my stay in the winter. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel's prime location made up for it to some extent.

The cleanliness of my room was a major plus, but I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water coming out of the tap. However, the staff's prompt response by providing a bucket of hot water made up for the initial inconvenience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's proximity to Central Patna and the walkable distance to the Museum, which made it an ideal choice for me. The restaurant was also exceptional, serving perfect quality and quantity of food with just the right taste and spice level. However, my stay was marred by the fact that the shower was not working on the last day, and it remained unfixed, leaving me without hot or cold water.
