I couldn't understand why they keep claiming everything is fine, the view is basically a joke. They kept my money and wouldn't refund it. I don't recommend it.

The terrace is amazing! The only downside is that there's no elevator, but given the classic building, an elevator would probably ruin the vibe.

The place was clean, the staff helpful, and the location great. The only issue was that the bathroom at arrival had no seat; we asked for one and the front desk said it would take a day, but they installed one before we went out for dinner. Thanks.
