Front‑desk staff Salome was excellent: friendly, patient, and went the extra mile to arrange transport back to Tbilisi. The housekeeping was below average; the lady was mean and angry when I asked for extra towels to place above my pillow for neck support, and her attitude was condescending and rude.

The property sits in the center of Mestia, is cozy, and the room is clean. The staff are very friendly; even though their English is limited, we managed to get along. Breakfast at the table is very salty and not very sweet.
