It was clean. It was very hard to find. A somewhat unpleasant older gentleman greeted us. The place is on the sixth floor of a pretty shabby building. There is no parking, as the description says. The parking is on the street and is for residents, not guests. We had to use a paid parking that cost 30 euros for 24 hours. For that price (room + parking) you can get centrally located hotels with breakfast and parking included.

The place sits in a great spot, the room matched the listing, and check‑in was flexible. However, they don’t accept cards, there’s no on‑site parking, and the nearest paid lot is a 5‑minute walk away. The washing machine was broken during our stay, though we were told it was being fixed.

The location was fantastic—close to the lively city yet quiet enough for sleep, and the place was very clean. The only issue was that the suites weren’t clearly marked, so we had a bit of trouble locating them, thanks to the kind neighbour who helped.

We had a lovely stay right in the city centre. The host was friendly and helpful, doing his best for us. The mattress was the only downside, but I’d still recommend the spot.

“Great location, beautiful room, comfortable beds”

The spot is in a great location, the room is gorgeous and completely sound‑proof. The bed was super comfy, and the host let us drop off luggage after checkout. Plenty of good restaurants and bars are just outside the apartment. Highly recommend.
