The bed, shower, staff, and restaurant are all wonderful. I would stay here again if I ever visit Islamabad. There isn’t much to criticize; the service is excellent.

The hotel is very accessible, the rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the staff are hospitable and responsive. Overall cleanliness is very good. A small shared kitchenette adds convenience. The location is central, with restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is served at the sister venue Loafology and is very good. On the “mountain view” side, there is a bit of road noise because it faces a main road, and at rush hour there can be congestion and parking problems.

The atmosphere is great, customer service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We checked out at 6am and they still managed to give us a packed breakfast so we didn’t miss anything. Urgent laundry was handled quickly, so they really know what they’re doing. The location isn’t particularly fancy; it’s in a commercial area, which makes the bazaars and mall easily reachable but it might not give the exclusive vibe you’re after.

The warm welcome and cozy atmosphere were wonderful, and we even received complimentary cupcakes in the room at check‑in. The rooms are modern and roomy, and the bathrooms are great. Breakfast from Loafology downstairs is a nice bonus. They were very accommodating with my early check‑in. I liked everything, but it would be nice to have a gym and spa as well; otherwise everything was fantastic.
