The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, especially Ragu who went above and beyond. The food was tasty and delivered to our room, and the rooms were really nice and clean with spectacular views. Nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the view is beautiful. It is a bit further from Nuwara Eliya than I had expected.

The view, the newly installed quiet air‑conditioning, the staff and the overall peace were all positives; however, the bathroom and the bedroom walls need refreshing, the mattresses should be upgraded, the terrace only fits two people out of three, and the meals and breakfasts fell short of expectations.

Service was good, but the condition of the equipment was lacking.

The property was spacious, clean, had good facilities, and a great view. Raghu’s service was excellent and the food was really good, so I highly recommend this place. The walk to the room involved 180 steps, but the staff helped carry everything.
