The room was great except the shower water pressure was weak, and the middle elevator wouldn’t move in either direction; breakfast was superb—thanks to the chefs—though the maid service might arrive a bit before 4 pm.

The check‑in staff were helpful, yet there should be more people at both check‑in and check‑out, parking needs to be easier, and the mattresses are uncomfortable and need updating.

The hotel is right next to the arena where we attended an event, but the $20 parking fee was a surprise; I’d parked on the property in front of the hotel before, never in a garage, and had done so at many other hotels.
