The staff were very nice and the German-style breakfast was a highlight.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent.
The hotel is situated in a great area, making it easy to walk to the Kurhausplatz.

The staff are very friendly. The location is good, and parking is free. The carpeted floors in the rooms feel unhygienic.
The place was clean and the staff were friendly, and the bed was good. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel is small. There was enough food at breakfast, but it could use a bit of improvement. New bedding was nice, but the door in the bathroom was broken.
Lovely location, parking and a nice walk through the park into the city center.

When I raised these complaints, a communication occurred between staff and the manager on site. First over the phone, then in person, but no face‑to‑face discussion about my specific issues. After one night I left the hotel, skipping my second night. I still paid for both nights but received a 10 % discount. I hope future guests will have the floors cleaned.
