The hotel sits close to the airport, and the staff delivered excellent service; the breakfast buffet was good, and there were plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner. My room was larger than I expected, and I’m not sure if I received a free upgrade, but the price I paid for that room was reasonable. Some casino staff could use a bit more improvement.

It was my second stay; the room was clean and lovely, and the staff were very responsive. Last time I was able to borrow a refrigerator for my medication, but this time I couldn’t; since the medication is life‑saving, it was disappointing that I couldn’t get a fridge again.

The room was huge, clean, and I even received a surprise on my birthday. In the casino, the smoking and non‑smoking areas should be separated, otherwise everyone risks getting sick.
