We spent a pleasant stay at Riad Wow; the entire staff was very kind and helpful. Before we left we asked if they could prepare something for us to take on our trip, and they did it without charging us any extra fee—a gesture we truly appreciated. The property is very pretty and well‑maintained, our room was spacious, and the location is great, practically a two‑step walk from the Medina. A stay we definitely recommend!

El Riad is well worth it; I don’t know how the others are, but the room we stayed in was spectacular. The staff were excellent, and a special shout‑out to Simo at reception, who treated us with a very friendly and heartfelt attitude throughout. MANY THANKS!!!

The location is very practical—just 100 meters in front of the hotel is a guarded 24‑hour parking spot at a good price. It’s nice, a bit kitschy, but lovingly furnished and well lit. Very good impression and very clean. The “tub” in the courtyard is pleasantly cool. The rooms are large and have a fridge. The staff are very nice and attentive. We had a really good stay. Missing items: no kettles or coffee in the room. The bathrooms are impractical—there’s no shower curtain and the shower head can’t be hung. The trash bin is small. There are no power outlets. The light is too dark. On the very nice rooftop terrace the chairs are protected with cushions that could be washed. Breakfast is prepared the day before, so it’s a bit stale, and the coffee is watery. There’s a lot of baked goods but everything tastes the same. Could all be a bit better.

Strategic location in the heart of the Medina, allowing you to walk to all the sights. Rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Up until midnight, the music from the nearby nightclub could be heard; even when the club shut down, the sound was still very loud! Breakfast and cleaning could be improved.
