I appreciated how one front‑desk guy greeted me politely and helped with check‑out, and the housekeeper Luciene was lovely and kept my room tidy, which mattered a lot; however, the room’s acoustics were poor, letting me hear neighboring guests and hallway noise, and some staff were noticeably rude, treating you as if they’re doing you a favor.

The room and facilities were comfortable and well‑located near restaurants and shops, staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent; the only downside was the payment method—there’s no installment plan, and the full amount must be paid at check‑in.
