Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The room itself was comfy and cozy, but the staff were a bit overwhelmed and detached. With only one employee handling everything, requests could take up to two hours, and the shower barely heated up.

The front‑desk lady on the first floor was sweet and attentive, and the room was clean with good facilities. However, the bedding and bath items left much to be desired—sheets had cigarette scorch marks and the towels were torn.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom had a broken glass box door—no sign at all. The room door was also painted from the inside. I booked online, but when I arrived the receptionist was confused about my reservation and acted like we were at the wrong place. Chaos.
