We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this new, modern property near the backwater boat rides. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with an inviting pool. Our room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lake and rice paddies. The professional and attentive staff, especially Aashish, Birmingham and the F&B Manager, made our stay very pleasant. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, and everyone was polite, friendly and always ready to help. The service was exceptional and the overall experience was memorable; we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place in Alleppey.

Everything was five‑star: the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel special, and the restaurants, rooms, bedding, views and facilities were all top quality. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

The property’s location is very good, but our experience was terrible with the front desk staff. They were rude and arrogant, demanding a penalty equal to one room’s tariff for smoking in the room, even though we had booked a smoking room and were not warned about this policy beforehand.
