“Good place to stay for an overnight but not long term”
The place is pretty clean, but the parking is bad.
“Good, solid place to stay, lots of good restaurants in the area, easy in and out.”
The staff were excellent, especially Kenzie and the weekend breakfast attendant. Breakfast itself was typical hotel fare but hot, and the weekend attendant was a whirlwind, restocking food, guiding guests on the waffle maker, and clearing tables right after people left, which mattered because the area was small with few tables. The room was spotless, the hallways stayed party‑free, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was cramped for a hotel, with far too few tables even when it wasn’t at capacity. The Friday breakfast attendant didn’t show the same energy; she never wiped down tables between diners, and garbage piled up and overflowed while she was nowhere to be seen.
The place was clean and nice. I cannot get a hold of the manager or anyone for a refund because my room had no air conditioning and I woke up to hundreds of ants crawling on me and my bedside table.

The receptionist double‑charged my stay, and I had to ask multiple staff over several days to secure my refund—none of them succeeded, so I had to call the hotel again the next week to get it processed. The refund finally arrived, but because of US/CAD conversion I received less than what I paid, so it wasn’t a full refund on my account.
“I’ll make a different choice of hotel in future.”
The room was adequate. The staff were noticeably unfriendly. The only person who made eye contact and acknowledged us was the lady at the breakfast room. Housekeeping left numerous carts in the hallway, making passage difficult. The parking lot was overgrown with weeds. The desk clerk wore a sweatshirt hoodie. Every aspect of the place felt unprofessional.
